REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Kick-off to Summer. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

If Kick-off to Summer is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket. Service fees and processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the ticketing provider.

Event details, including performers, schedules, and attractions, are subject to change without notice. Changes to the lineup, schedule, or supporting acts do not qualify for a refund.

Kick-off to Summer is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
